Agreement on the provision of a non-exclusive license to BlindMoose 2 software (license agreement)in accordance with Section 65 and subsequently Section 46 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyrights, Rights Related to Copyrights and Other Related Acts (the Copyright Act), as amended.


1. The author of the BlindMoose 2 (BM2) software is Ondřej Nečas; the Support Centre for Students with Special Needs, Masaryk University is the administrator of propriety rights (hereinafter “administrator”).

2. A licensee is defined as a person who has been provided the BM2 installation file by the administrator and who uses BM2.

3. The administrator shall provide the license to the licensee free of charge.

4. By installing BM2 the licensee agrees with the provisions of this license agreement and agrees to fulfill the requirements contained therein.

5. On the basis of this license agreement the licensee gains the right to use BM2 only for the purpose of study and related activities.

6. In accordance with this license agreement, the licensee is not authorized to further distribute BM2 in whole or in part, to copy the software (except in cases allowed by law), to use BM2 for profit, nor to lend or rent the software to third parties, even free of charge. 

7. The administrator may expand the conditions for use for the licensee only with another written agreement.

8. This license agreement is valid for BM2 version 2.1 published December 12, 2007. It may differ from other versions of the program.
