Workshop leader background:
Graduated in Physical education and sport at Komensky University in
Bratislava. He is currently working as a lecturer at Masaryk University in
Brno, Faculty fo Sport Sciences. He is the chair of combatives division
there. He is skilled martial arts instructor and black belt holder of 4. dan
in aikido, 2. dan in judo and 2. dan in iaido as well

Description:
The workshop will be based on basic combative skills as
pushing, pulling and combative games, incorporated into selfdefence
techniques. Integral part will be special excercises for selfdefence
tactics. Other part of workshop will be experience with physical contact as
basic communication tools in combatives.

Aims:
To know basic patterns for selfdefense and to know how to use it if necesary.
