In 2003 the ICC traveled outside of the European Union once more, this time to Switzerland. Those who expected the camp to be set in a more lively place after Loughborough were probably surprised; the group traveled by train to Zollikofen (near Bern), which turned out to be a rather small town. One of the many Swiss institutions and schools for the blind (Stiftung für blinde und sehbehinderte Kinder und Jugendliche) can be found there; however, due to its limited capacity the participants of the camp were provided accommodation by the agrotechnical educational center Inforama in the nearby village Rütti. This year's seminars prepared by lecturers from Masaryk University were Basic Internet and Creating Music with Cakewalk. Recently more and more topics outside of the field of information technologies have appeared in the seminars; the Czech group participated in an outdoor program called Adventurous Mobility. Leisure time activities included a day trip to a mountain lake, bowling, riding tandem bikes and swimming in the lakes.
