In the second week of the 17th year of the ICC, hosted by the Italian organization Unione Italiana dei Ciechi e degli Ipovedenti (Italian Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted), the participants found themselves in the Italian city of Ferrara. Besides the traditional IT and communication workshops the participants took part in a trip to the amusement park Mirabelandia and to a medieval castle; they also visited a tactual museum and a concert of an Italian band called Subsonica.
