The main goal of the course is mastering the basics of indoor rock climbing. The course is divided into several stages during which the students acquaint themselves with the environment and acquire the following skills and knowledge:

Students improve their fitness, strength, locomotive abilities and their climbing techniques. They build self-confidence when climbing horizontal walls and overhangs and learn to trust their climbing partner. Assistants, who help beginning students to become familiar with the new setting, are present in the lessons when needed. They may also help individual students develop their practical skills. The lessons run regularly once or twice a week; they take place at the Klajda climbing wall in Maloměřice or at the outdoor climbing wall in the Olympia center (weather permitting). In the past the lessons took place at the Rajče climbing wall on the Kounicova street.
