Pavla Francová
Pavla Francová has been completely blind since she was fifteen. She completed her BA in interpreting and translation (English) at the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague and her MA in couselling and psychotherapy at West Chester University of Pennsylvania (USA). She worked as an assistant in the Institute of basic rehabilitation of visually impaired at Charles University, as a lecturer in a computer laboratory for the blind at MFF UK – Carolina and in the Okamik association. She initiated and cooperated on a project creating adequate study conditions for visually impaired students at Charles University. She also volunteered for the Vacation School Lipnice. In addition to that, she teaches English.
